LAHORE: The Lahore Race Club witnessed a day filled with surprises as five out of six races on the card defied expectations this Sunday. Agha Prince, the only favorite to claim victory, set the tone for the day's action, maintaining its lead from the opening stretch to the finish line. However, the real drama unfolded in the subsequent races.

In the Jashn-e-Baharan Cup, Niazi Princess pulled off a stunning upset, securing a surprise win and thwarting the favorite, Handsome, to settle for second place. Meanwhile, Absolutely Not claimed the third position.

Sultan Jahaniya introduced an element of surprise from the second race onwards, with Abdullah Champion securing the second spot and Desert Pari, the favorite, settling for third.

The Mian Abdul Waheed Memorial Cup added to the day's unpredictability as Manat galloped to victory, leaving behind Bella Veste and La Belle in second and third places, respectively.

National Color dominated the fifth race, outclassing rivals and leaving Lake City One and Generosity to secure second and third positions.

In the final race of the day, Samore City pulled off a significant surprise, with Zaman Sahib delivering a stunning performance to claim second place. The favorite, Lady Champion, had to settle for third.
