 In a remarkable feat, Ahmed Baig has clinched Pakistan's first international golf victory in over 25 years, marking a historic moment for the country's golfing fraternity.

Baig's outstanding performance on the Asian Development Tour saw him emerge triumphant in the Lexus Invitational at The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram in Vietnam. With an impressive scorecard of 65 and finishing at -7 overall, Baig showcased his prowess on the course to claim victory.

Starting the day three flights and three shots behind the leaders, Baig displayed exceptional skill and determination, stringing together an impressive series of five birdies early in the round to assert his dominance. Despite facing challenging conditions, including strong winds, Baig maintained his composure and delivered a stellar performance, making crucial birdies throughout the round.

Reflecting on his achievement, Baig expressed his delight, highlighting the key role played by his putting skills in securing the victory. He described the round as "magical," emphasizing the importance of his consistent performance on the greens.
