Patrons 47th Aibak Polo Cup 2023, defeating Remounts by a score of 8-6.
The exhilarating final match,
held at the Lahore Polo Club on Sunday, captivated a large audience of spectators,
including families and children, who were enthralled by the high-stakes action
and skilled maneuvering of the players.
The event was graced by the
presence of Lahore Polo Club President Azam Hayat Noon, Executive Committee
members, and esteemed guests, including Patrons Mir Shoaib Ahmed, Farooq Amin
Sufi, Adnan Jalil Azam, Alman Jalil Azam, Taimur Ali Malik, Mir Khuzaima Ahmed,
Qadeer Ashfaq, and other passionate polo enthusiasts.
The final match unfolded as a
captivating duel, with both teams showcasing their exceptional talents and
determination. Diamond Paints, led by the formidable Saqib Khan Khakwani with
his three goals, secured the coveted Aibak Polo Cup trophy. Raja Temur Nadeem
and Mir Huzaifa Ahmed contributed two goals each, while Bilal Hayat Noon added

In the earlier subsidiary final,
Team Newage Cables/Master Paints demonstrated their polo supremacy, defeating
Pebble Breaker with a convincing score of 6-3. Both teams displayed commendable
skills and determination, but Newage Cables/Master Paints' strategic play and
unwavering focus proved decisive, securing them a well-deserved victory.
