Pakistan women's cricket team honored at Pakistan House, London

The Pakistan
Women's Cricket Team received a warm welcome at a luncheon hosted by His Excellency,
Dr. Muhammad Faisal, the High Commissioner of Pakistan to the UK, at Pakistan
House, London.
All 17 players and
support staff of the Pakistan Women's Cricket Team were present at the event. Captain
Nida Dar presented a signed match shirt of the Pakistan Women's Cricket Team to
High Commissioner Dr. Muhammad Faisal, a gesture of appreciation for the
support.
High Commissioner Dr.
Faisal conveyed his best wishes to the team for their upcoming series against
England.
Meanwhile, the
Pakistan Women's Cricket Team has begun training at County Ground, Northampton.
Due to rain, the players are currently engaged in indoor training sessions. These
sessions will continue under the supervision of the coaches until 1:00 PM local
time.
The second match of
the three-match T20I series between Pakistan and England Women's Cricket Teams
will be played on May 17 at County Ground. England currently holds a 1-0 lead
in the T20I series.
A PCB official declared
it a commendable effort by the High Commission to show support for the Pakistan
Women's Cricket Team. He lso hoped for a strong performance from the team as
they look to level the series against England.
