Azam Warrior has won the Kashmir Super League
Cricket Tournament with thanks to Faisal Karim, who scored a brilliant century
in the final match, and was declared the Man of the Match.
Players participating in the Kashmir Super League Cricket
Tournament demanded from Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Chief Minister
Punjab Maryam Nawaz the construction of a sports complex at Haq Bahoo Factory
near Adda Kiswana.
According to details, the "Kashmir Super League
Cricket Tournament" was organized on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr to
express solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiri people and pay tribute to the
martyrs of Kashmir. Six teams participated in the three-day tournament held in
the well-known area of Haq Bahoo Factory near Adda Kiswana in Tehsil Ahmedpur
Sial, District Jhang.
The final match of the tenth edition of the Kashmir Super
League Cricket Tournament was played between Azam Warrior and Eagle Star
Cricket Team. Batting first, the Azam Warrior team scored 165 runs thanks to a
brilliant century by Faisal Karim. In pursuit of the target, the Eagle Star
Cricket Team could only score 140 runs due to excellent bowling by Fakhar
Yaqoob and Faisal Karim. Faisal Karim was declared the Man of the Match for his
outstanding performance in batting, bowling, and fielding.
The tournament was successfully concluded thanks to the
tireless efforts of the organizing committee of the Kashmir Super League
Cricket Tournament, Chairman Dr. Zulfiqar Kashmiri, Muhammad Imtiaz Kashmiri,
and Usman Qayyum. The winning team was awarded a tournament trophy along with a
cash prize of fifty thousand rupees by the tournament's organizing committee,
while the runner-up team received a trophy and a cash prize of thirty thousand
rupees.
