evening, featuring a fast-paced card of five Murree Plate races. It’s going to
be an exciting evening for race lovers, with four sprint races of 900 metres
and a final stamina-testing race of 1,000 metres to close the day.
All races
fall under the Class-VII category, spread across various divisions — ensuring
tight contests and potential surprises throughout the evening.
Race 1:
Murree Plate – Class VII (Division VI & VII)
The opener
has Zindagi leading the favourites list, with Thunder Cloud (KRC) a strong
contender for a place. Sargana Choice might just pull off a surprise if luck
swings its way. Other entries include Smart Fighter, I Shall Lead, Daisy Macs, Thunder
Prince (Krc), My Luck, Thunder Lady, Gifts of Gold, and American Star.
Race 2:
Murree Plate – Class VII (Division V & VI)
Noon
Princess is tipped as the likely winner here, while Bill Gates is a solid place
bet. Leo Star is being watched as a potential fluke. Also lining up are Latin
Strom, Rashid Prince, Thunder Man (Krc), Mr. Asia, Janbhaz, and Drago.
Race 3:
Murree Plate – Class VII (Division IV & V)
Zaman Sahib
looks ready to shine in the third race, followed by Monsoon Mischief and fluke
hopeful Sky Warrior. Others in the mix include Taj Mahal, Macs, Agha Prince,
and Daddy Cool.
Race 4:
Murree Plate – Class VII (Division III & IV)
This one
sees Black Fire as the standout favourite. Great One is expected to hold strong
for place, and Thunder Boy (Krc) could surprise punters. Also running are Yesteryear,
Luckvir, National Colour, Generosity, and Absolutely Not.
Race 5:
Murree Plate – Class VII (Division I & II)
To wrap up
the evening, the final race stretches to 1,000 metres, offering a challenge of
endurance. Elizabeth is the clear favourite, with Black Master chasing a place
finish and Brigadier seen as the dark horse. The field also features Samore
City, Desert Parri, and Falco.
With a mix
of sure shots, place contenders, and unpredictable flukes, the evening promises
plenty of drama on the turf. Whether you’re following favourites or hoping for
an upset, there’s something for every race fan at the Lahore Race Club this
