" کاربن آ گیا تھا " It was just a carbon buildup

 السلام علیکم ورحمتہ اللہ وبرکاتہ

موٹرسائیکل ایک لیٹر میں پینسٹھ سے ستر کلومیٹر چلتی تھی۔ اچانک اس کی ایوریج خراب ہو گئی اور پینتالیس چھیالیس پہ آ گئی۔ دو تین مکینکس کو دکھانے کے باوجود معاملہ قابو میں نہ آیا۔

پھر ایک مکینک نے اپنی بے بسی کا اعتراف کرتے ہوئے ایک سنیئر موسٹ کی طرف ریفر کر دیا۔

چنانچہ بائیک وہاں لے جائی گئی۔ اس نے ساری بات سنی اور " چھوٹے "کو آواز دی۔

      "چھوٹے" سے چھوٹا پیچ کس منگوایا۔

 کاربوریٹر سے ایک پیچ کھول کے  "چھوٹے" کو کہا کہ اسے بف لگا کے لاو۔

وہ ایک منٹ میں بف لگا کے لے آیا۔ مکینک نے پیچ اسی جگہ پہ لگا دیا اور کہا کہ جاو۔انشاءاللہ مسئلہ حل ہو جائے گا۔

پیسے بھی اس نے کچھ نہ لئے۔

چند دن بعد نوٹ کیا توگاڑی پھر ستر کلومیٹر پہ آگئی تھی۔

میں شکریہ ادا کرنے کے لئے گیا تو پوچھا کیا فالٹ تھا؟

مکینک بولا

" کاربن آ گیا تھا "

صرف کاربن آ جانے سے اتنا اثر پڑا؟

جی ہاں۔۔۔

دلوں پر بھی کاربن آجایا کرتا ہے۔

تب دل کسی نیکی کی طرف مائل نہیں ہوتا۔

ایسے کاربن کو دور کرنے کے لئے جناب رسالت مآب صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے  نسخہ ارشاد فرمایا......

تلاوت قرآن

Wa alaikum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh.

A motorcycle used to run sixty-five to seventy kilometers per liter. Suddenly, its average mileage dropped to forty-five or forty-six. Despite showing it to two or three mechanics, the problem was not solved.

Then, one mechanic admitted his inability and referred me to a senior expert.

So, the bike was taken there. The senior mechanic listened to the whole story and called out to "Chhotay" (the young apprentice). He asked Chhotay to fetch the smallest screwdriver.

He unscrewed one screw from the carburetor and told Chhotay to go clean it with a buffer (buff laga ke lao). Chhotay brought it back buffed in one minute. The mechanic put the screw back in its place and said, "Go, God willing (Insha'Allah), your problem will be solved." He didn't even charge any money.

A few days later, I noticed the bike was back to seventy kilometers per liter.

I went back to thank him and asked what the fault was. The mechanic replied:

"It was just carbon buildup."

"Just carbon buildup caused such a big effect?"

Yes...

Carbon also builds up on hearts. When that happens, the heart is not inclined towards any good deed (Neki). To remove this kind of carbon, the Prophet of God, Muhammad (Peace be upon him and his progeny), prescribed a remedy:

Recitation of the Quran (Tilawat-e-Quran).
