LAHORE (September 3, 2013): In pursuance to the
notice by Pakistan Cricket Board
(PCB), former Pakistan captain, Rashid Latif met the Chief operating officer,
PCB. Subhan Ahmad and Legal Advisor. Taffazul Rizvi on Tuesday at Gaddafi
Stadium.
"During the meeting Latif submitted certain material pertaining to banned test cricketer Danish Kaneria's matter, which will be reviewed in detail by the PCB and in case the need arises another meeting will be scheduled in near future", said a spokesman of PCB.
The PCB and Rashid Latif have decided that no further comments will be made on the subject for the time being, he added.
